What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance running with functional workout stations in a standardized format that is the same in every event worldwide. Designed for athletes of all fitness levels, HYROX challenges participants to complete eight 1km runs, each followed by a functional exercise station, creating a unique test of strength, stamina, and determination.
From SkiErg and rowing to sled pushes, sled pulls, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carries, lunges, and wall balls, every element is designed to measure real-world fitness and overall athletic performance.
